Individual therapy is a form of mental health treatment where our therapist works one-on-one with an individual to help them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our support groups are gatherings of people facing similar challenges who offer each other emotional and practical support. They provide a safe space to share experiences, learn coping mechanisms, and build a sense of community. Our support groups are often organized around specific topics or issues, such as mental health, addiction, grief, or family dynamic.
